• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work retail operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused skills.
• Ability to explain technical products clearly.
• Experience in a sales or customer service environment preferred.

Base Pay: $15.00 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.69 per hour. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the applicable plan; most non‑sales positions may be eligible for a bonus.
