Position Summary

Sam's Club Member Frontline Services Associate – Bloomington, IN. 4 open positions. Pay $18.00–$26.00/hr, with potential premiums.

Sam's Club #6437, 3205 W State Road 45, Bloomington, IN .

Shifts may vary.

• Provide member service, maintain checkout area, process member purchases, and resolve member issues.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and provide guidance on self‑service technology.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
• Follow company safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and ensure safe shopping environment.
• Handle merchandise properly, correct and report unsafe situations.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, review receipts, and secure assets.
• Maintain required documentation, execute emergency response procedures, and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assist in training new Member Frontline Services associates, teach new technology and tool functionality, and deliver new program roll‑out training.
• Identify shrink and damages, zone the area, and organize merchandise.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act with integrity, respect diversity, and support a culture of belonging and teamwork.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

• Prior experience in a high volume retail environment.
