Compensation

Starting Rate: $17.00 + Commission (Range: $17.00 - $18.04)

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer finds the perfect choice.
• Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, processing payments accurately and ensuring a positive final impression.
• Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories, sharing product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
• Excitement to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.
