Our Retail Merchandising Team seeks a competitive and ambitious Supervisor with proven experience managing and motivating associates, increasing sales, and merchandising. The Retail Supervisor is responsible for achieving and maintaining all client and customer standards by overseeing and directing the activities of associates within assigned territories. The ideal candidate works closely with Business Development Managers, Brands, Retail Managers, and other retail personnel to ensure business objectives are met.

- Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and work appointments.
- Consistently monitor and actively regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
- Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching duties with direct reports.
- Build goodwill with the trade and clients, meet in‑store retail excellence goals, and complete retail projects.
- Conduct store audits and mandatory mandates by supervising retail personnel.
- Increase brand representation through relationship building and appointment work.
- Ensure mandatory mandatory mandatory compliance with mandatory mandatory mandatory compliance with schematics and mandatory mandatory mandatory compliance with schematic standards.
- Manage call coverage by scheduling merchandisers and reviewing reports.
- Control budgeting and expenses to stay under budget and manage expense control.
- Complete accurate, timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, and related items.
- Hire, retain, train, coach, and develop direct reports using company tools and resources.
- Delegate work from others and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to indirect reports.
Essential duties include travel and driving, up to 30% of working time.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required.
- 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle a fast‑paced work environment.
- Independent work ability.
- Basic computer skills, familiarity with Word, Excel, and internet usage.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
Physical Requirements
Incumbent must perform essential functions in office, field, retail store, or warehouse environments. Requires physical activity, lifting or pushing up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasional work in very cold conditions. Proper safety practices are essential.
