Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and maintain a safe environment for associates and customers;
Monitor entrances and sales floor for suspicious behavior and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention;
Greet customers warmly, provide assistance, and address questions in a courteous manner;
Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss prevention practices;
Assist with compliance to Loss Prevention directives and support safety procedures throughout the store
