Customers have called Empire and asked for an in‑home flooring estimate, and you can use the strength of the well‑known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

Requirements
  • Valid license to drive locally and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
  • Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
  • Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
  • Direct seller contract.
  • Delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
  • Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
