Responsibilities
  • Build lasting connections with clients, identify new opportunities, and solve problems like a pro.
  • Create referral relationships with realtors, builders, and your network. Attend open houses, host appreciation events, and collaborate with the operations team to support agents and clients.
  • Analyze financial situations, match clients with the appropriate loan, and guide them through the mortgage lending journey with calm and caring advice.
  • Set ambitious goals and leverage the in‑house marketing department, market insights, and real‑time data to craft campaigns that achieve targeted outreach objectives.

Experience Desired

  • BA/BS or 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in retail residential mortgages.
  • Winning track record with purchase and refinance loans.
  • Strong relationships with local referral networks.
  • Active NMLS# required.
