• Training pay and commission based structure with earning potential range of $50,000-$80,000

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field‑based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long‑term relationships.

• Conduct on‑site roof inspections and assessments
• Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
• Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
• Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
• Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment

• This position primarily involves working sales appointments in the local market
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
