As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Timberland, delivering a customer‑first experience, sharing product knowledge, and supporting sales, visual merchandising, and store operations.

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales with a consumer‑centric mindset and model selling behaviors.
• Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

0–1 year of relevant experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Ability to engage comfortably with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Hiring Range: $15.25 – $22.18 per hour
