, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic education location, where you will patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will support students, staff, and visitors through strong communication, customer service, and a people-first approach grounded in teamwork, reliability, agility, innovation, and integrity.

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities across the campus location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to the appropriate campus contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and campus grounds for security-related concerns, provide directions and assistance when needed, and document incidents according to post guidelines.
• Support access control activities by checking credentials when required, following visitor procedures, and communicating clearly with staff, students, and/or local responders during security-related events.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
