SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Security Officers to join our team in Bloomington Indiana, In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. Your contributions will uphold our mission of providing exceptional security services with integrity and vigilance.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to incidents, taking appropriate action.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve incidents.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents.
- Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potential issues
- Document and report any incidents to appropriate personnel.
- Patrolling assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to deter crime and ensure safety.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Prior experience as a Security Officer preferred but not required.
- De-escalation, written and verbal communication, and problem - solving skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREENING
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.

Schedule:
Full-time and Part-time security positions require a flexible schedule to meet operational needs. Hours will vary across days, evenings, weekends, and may include holidays. - On-Call Availability:
This position may require on-call availability for additional coverage during peak times or emergencies.
