Position Type:
Part-time (24 hours/week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, on-call available for emergencies)

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour. We believe in a culture of transparency.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all residents
• Complete resident work orders within a 24‑ to 48‑hour timeframe
• Maintain the physical integrity of the community including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents according to company standards (3‑5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Remain responsive to on‑call emergencies
• Use the Maintenance Mobile app and personal smartphone to receive, manage, and close work orders

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and overtime hours)
• Availability to be “on‑call” for emergencies
• Ability to use smartphone applications to receive, manage, and close work orders
