Maintenance Technician – Part‑time position at Patterson Pointe Senior Residence, Bloomington, IN.

Part‑time (24 hours/week Mon, Wed, Thu 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; also on call for emergencies).

Pay
: $20.00 per hour.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24‑48 hour expectation).
• Maintain the physical integrity of the community, including daily pickup of grounds and ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment.
• Broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3‑5 days).
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies.
