Journeyman Electrician – Commercial/Industrial HVACLocation:
Bloomington, CA
Pay: $42–$45/hr + Per Diem + Company Truck + Full Benefits
Travel:
Throughout Southern California (Hotels Paid + Per Diem)

What This Job IsA hands‑on Journeyman Electrician role focused on the electrical side of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You’ll install, commission, troubleshoot, and support everything from VFDs to control systems to high/low voltage distribution.
You won’t be stuck in the same building every day — this role gives you variety, travel, and a lot of autonomy. Hotels? Paid. Per diem? Covered. Work truck? Yours.
What You’ll Do- Install and commission HVAC electrical systems: VFDs, disconnects, controls, motors, high/low voltage circuits.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams and turn them into clean, code‑compliant installations.
- Ensure everything meets CEC, NEC, and OSHA requirements—no shortcuts.
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and keep projects moving.
- Work directly with welders, HVAC techs, project managers, and mechanical teams.
- Travel across SoCal depending on project needs (overnights included).
- 10+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience.
- California Certified Electrician (required).
- Real‑world experience with HVAC electrical, motor controls, VFDs, relays, sensors, and control wiring.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
- Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel.
- $42–$45/hr depending on experience.
- Company vehicle + gas card.
- Per diem & hotels paid for overnight travel.
