Together, our growing family is seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join our growing family.

• Base compensation equivalent to $36,000 for the first 2-4 weeks, followed by 100% commission after training.
• Annual earnings potential ranges from $60,000 to over $100,000.

Join Bone Dry Roofing as a Repair Technician for RCV Roofing (part of the Bone Dry Roofing family). Each technician plays a vital role in delivering high‑quality roof repair solutions and exceptional customer service. This field‑based position involves local travel to job sites in a company‑provided vehicle. The technician will inspect roofing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repair work while ensuring a professional and positive customer service experience on every job.

• Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service.
• Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights.
• Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards.
• Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions.

• 1–2 years of roofing or related repair experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
• Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing ladders to determine work needs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
