• Up to $35 per hour based on experience and performance

• Commission and spiff opportunities with top performers earning $60,000+ annually

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

• Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, service, and repairs throughout Monroe County and the surrounding counties, based out of Bloomington, Indiana

• Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment

• Diagnose system issues accurately and provide homeowners with honest, professional recommendations

• Explain repair options in clear, easy-to-understand language

• Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust with every homeowner

• Operate a take-home company vehicle while maintaining a clean, organized work environment

• Complete accurate job documentation using Service Titan

• Follow company safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship

• Participate in ongoing company-paid training to continue developing your technical skills

• 3 or more years of residential in-home HVAC service experience

• EPA Certification

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to learn and effectively use Service Titan

• Safety-minded with strong attention to detail

• Honest, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship

• Authorized to work in the United States
