Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Calibration and Instrumentation Technician to support reliable, efficient operation of building systems across commercial real estate facilities. In this role, you will calibrate, test, and troubleshoot sensors, meters, and control instrumentation for HVAC, energy, and utility systems, ensuring accurate performance and regulatory compliance. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, interpret technical drawings, document results in a CMMS, and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and site teams in a safety- and performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate, test, and maintain sensors, meters, and control instruments for HVAC, energy, and building systems
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control issues to restore accurate and reliable operation
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance following JLL and client standards
- Document calibration data, maintenance actions, and findings in CMMS systems
- Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and P& to support diagnostics
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and site teams on repairs, upgrades, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and regulatory requirements
- Support energy efficiency, reliability, and uptime goals across assigned facilities
