Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer
Location : Bloomington, IL (Onsite – Hybrid)
Job Description- Develop and maintain enterprise grade web applications using Angular and Java
- Build responsive and user-friendly UI components following best coding practices and client standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product owners, business analysts and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Ensure code quality by writing unit tests and performing debugging and troubleshooting
- Utilize version control systems such as Git for source code management
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance application performance and usability
- Work in Agile Scrum teams to deliver iterative product increments and meet sprint goals
- Design and implement scalable, secure and high‑performing web applications using Angular and Java
- Collaborate closely with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Follow coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and consistency
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing activities
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve technical issues
