CDL A Flatbed Drivers Will Train Securement Home Weekends (Full Time)

Looking for Class A drivers that have flatbed experience and those that need training in flatbed securement. Drivers get home every weekend while averaging $1400-$1600/WK along with full benefits. Riders and pets are welcome at no charge.

• Both experienced and trainee drivers start at 27% of the load, averaging $1450-$1600/WK.
• Drivers run Mon‑Fri/Sat and receive a minimum of 34 hours of rest each week.
• Full benefits begin on the first of the month after 30 days. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, and more.
• Trucks are no more than three years old and are assigned to the driver. Current fleet includes Cascadias and T680s, all automatic.
• Experienced drivers with five jobs or fewer in the last 3 years qualify for a $5000 bonus: $1500 upon first load, $1500 at 180 days, $2000 at one year.

• To qualify as an experienced flatbed driver you must have either:
  • One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in any 48’ or longer trailer, with 6 months of that being verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed in the last three years.
  • 9 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional flatbed experience in the last three years.
• To qualify to train for flatbed you must have one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last three years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; if a major moving violation exists, you may not have any other moving violations in the last 3 years.
• You may have one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the year as long as there was no fatality or injury.
• You may not have been terminated from your most recent job for safety.
• No felonies in the last 7 years and no pending charges.
• No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
