Regional account seeks experienced Class A CDL Drivers and recent trucking school graduates. Drivers work a 34‑hour reset weekly, home weekends, and earn $1,100–$1,700 weekly depending on mileage and performance. The freight is no-touch, involving drop‑and‑hook and live unload.

• Earn $.56 to $.65 CPM; receive up to $.08 CPM/month in safety and productivity bonuses.
• Travel 1,700–2,400 miles per week and be home every weekend.
• Operate across the U.S. from Kansas (west), Pennsylvania (east), Georgia (south), and Minnesota (north).
• Receive 2‑day orientation; paid $300 upon completion.
• Use company Freightliner Cascadia trucks, generally two years old or newer.

• Must live within 300 miles of Gary.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• No termination from a CDL driving job in the last 12 months; no more than one in the last 5 years.
• No more than one on‑road at‑fault or DOT‑recordable accident in the last 2 years.
• No major DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years; all rear‑end accidents older than 1 year.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 2 years; no serious violations in the last year.
