• interview driver and field-help candidates - via teams or face-to-face when the commute makes sense
• dig into every candidate's background, credentials, and driving history to make sure only the best make the cut
• lead day one orientation across our locations, getting new drivers strapped in, safe, and set up to succeed
• stay connected with drivers long after hire - running retention check-ins and recertifications
• get hands-on with truck and boom checks, and jump in wherever the field needs support

• real trucking experience - you know what "the job" actually requires
• comfort with heavy travel ; this role lives on the road
• sharp judgment and the honesty to say when a candidate isn't the right fit
