Warehouse Inventory Assistant

Position Summary

The Warehouse Inventory Assistant acts as point person for all inventory related concerns across all Secretly Distribution warehouses. The candidate must be highly motivated to meet the rigorous demands of a fast‑paced environment and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Assist with cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory
• Assist with check‑in of daily received stock and processing returns
• Assist with maintenance of proper stock levels
• Assist with facing and organizing warehouse aisles to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with special organizational projects and large‑scale stock shifts

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Pro‑active with a sense of urgency; striving to go above and beyond required responsibilities

• Able to work in a community‑oriented atmosphere
• Self‑motivated and goal‑driven, solving challenges proactively
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Capable of prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching during shifts.
• Ability to climb and descend mobile staircases safely while carrying items.
• Must work in non‑climate‑controlled environments (hot, cold, or humid conditions).
• Manual dexterity to handle small items like CDs, vinyl records, and cassettes.
• Physical stamina to handle a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment.
