This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Bloomington, MN. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional duties include maintaining budgets, analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to support decision-making processes.

• Proven skills in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budget management
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting software
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities
• Knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
• Experience in real estate or property management accounting is advantageous
