Accounts Payable​/Receivable Clerk

Lincoln of Bloomington, a small, family-owned dealership, is looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team.

$18-22/hour depending on experience

Full time weekdays

• Sort, code, review and verify vendor invoices and payables according to the chart of accounts
• Prepare AP checks and post AP invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain sales tax exemption information
• Record and maintain all 1099 information and process year-end reports
• Send AR statements and receipt AR payments
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and vendors
• Perform various other accounting responsibilities as assigned

• Experience as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk in a dealership setting is preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail
