The City of Carver is accepting applications for an Accountant to join the Finance team.
The Accountant is a vital role, responsible for a variety of tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and developer billings. The Accountant will work closely with the Finance Director on the annual audit and capital project accounting. This position requires strong attention to detail, great customer service skills, and familiarity with ERP software.
Minimum qualifications for the position include an Associate Degree in accounting with one (1) to three (3) years of accounting experience. Municipal or other fund accounting experience is preferred. The hourly rate for this position is $37.18 - $45.73 depending on qualifications.
