Are you an experienced Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Supervisor looking for an opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing manufacturing company?

We're partnering with a privately held manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations while partnering closely with executive leadership and operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with broad responsibility across financial reporting, month-end close, inventory accounting, process improvement, and staff development.

• Highly visible Accounting Manager role with direct exposure to executive leadership
• Opportunity to lead and develop a growing accounting team
• Broad ownership across accounting, inventory, reporting, and process improvements
• Growing manufacturing company investing in its people, systems, and future

• Lead the monthly and year-end close process
• Oversee general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Supervise and mentor members of the accounting team
• Partner with operations on inventory and manufacturing accounting
• Coordinate annual audits and strengthen internal controls
• Help improve accounting processes while supporting budgeting and forecasting

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Current or recent experience as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or similar accounting leadership role
• Manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or other inventory-intensive industry experience
• Strong general ledger accounting and month-end close experience
• Experience leading or supervising accounting staff
• ERP experience and a continuous improvement mindset

• $115,000–$140,000 base salary
• Annual bonus
