** About the Role
** MIRACORP is seeking detail-oriented, proactive individuals who enjoy helping others and keeping work moving smoothly. In this role, you’ll support a federal government HR team with a variety of administrative tasks, review documents for accuracy, and be a go-to resource for teammates who need guidance or clarification.
** This position is contingent upon contract award
**** Essential Functions
*** Review HR documents and submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures
* Provide guidance and support to administrative staff on processes, documentation standards, and customer service expectations
* Respond to escalated or complex applicant and employee inquiries by phone and email
* Compile, track, and evaluate data to support program goals, reporting, and workflow management
* Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and pre-employment activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for HR teams and leadership
* Monitor assignments, deadlines, and task progress to support team operations
* Support classification, staffing, or employee services teams with specialized administrative tasks
* Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Assist leadership with special projects, high-visibility tasks, and process improvements## Qualifications
** Minimum Requirements
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 4 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to review work for accuracy
* Comfortable learning new systems and following established procedures
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
* Experience handling sensitive information with discretion
* Ability to support teammates and help guide staff
