Position OverviewSupports pre‑employment processing activities by coordinating scheduling, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with hiring requirements. This role contributes directly to the efficient progression of applicants through medical, background, and onboarding processes.
Scope of Work Oversight- Pre‑employment processing (medical, scheduling, suitability review)
- Documentation review and compliance verification
- Applicant coordination and support
- Reporting and workflow management
- Review pre‑employment documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate scheduling for medical, background, and onboarding steps
- Maintain records and generate reports
- Provide customer support to applicants
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Primarily on‑site, with presence required to meet mission and operational needs
- Telework may be authorized on a case‑by‑case basis depending on business requirements
- High‑volume, fast‑paced environment supporting critical federal hiring operations and national security missions
