We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Branch Office Administrator to provide administrative, operational, and event coordination support for a remote sales office. This individual will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day office functions run efficiently while supporting sales leadership, coworkers, partners, customers, and corporate initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, maintain confidentiality, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Office Administration & Operations- Serve as the primary administrative support resource for the local office.
- Maintain department files, marketing materials, and office records.
- Order and manage office supplies and company-branded promotional items.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and fax communications.
- Monitor office appearance and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility-related needs.
- Facilitate office seating changes and maintain the corporate office mapping tool.
- Maintain sick line processes and documentation.
- Coordinate customer, coworker, partner, and vendor meetings, events, workshops, and office functions.
- Schedule meeting spaces and arrange required equipment, materials, and hospitality services.
- Support Sales Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), leadership presentations, and related materials, including formatting, proofreading, assembling, and distribution.
- Assist with local office orientation activities for new coworkers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of administrative support, office administration, customer service, or related experience.
- Experience utilizing office technologies, multi-line phone systems, and online business tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and anticipate business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and follow-through abilities.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting processes and expense management.
