Executive Assistant

Job Overview:Bethany Global and Bethany Global University are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two executive leaders. The Executive Assistant ensures the executive's leadership is effective, focused, and aligned with Bethany Global's mission. This role is vital to ensuring smooth executive operations, managing communications, and coordinating key organizational activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and deeply aligned with Bethany's values.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Academic Officer (COO/CAO), and the Chief Global Officer (CGO).
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations with professionalism and accuracy.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including donor engagement, and branding consistency.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
Required:
- Support for Bethany's statement of faith and missional goals and values.
- 1-2 years of experience in executive or administrative support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in a faith-based or nonprofit organization.
- Full-time, 40 hours/week. Must be comfortable with screen-based work and occasional evening/weekend responsibilities.
- Full-time (40 hours), onsite and hybrid work model options with final schedule details forthcoming with an onsite leaning schedule
- Suggested Schedule
- Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- For hybrid work, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are expected onsite for all staff
- Friday's have flexible scheduling
- Due to the nature of our work and the need to coordinate our working hours with other activities and events, adjustments in work schedules may be necessary
