, we’re looking for an ambitious Client Development Manager to join our Houston team as we continue growing our presence across North America.

Headquartered in Manchester, with offices across the UK, USA, Norway and Canada, we partner with clients and contractors globally to deliver workforce solutions across technical and engineering markets.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a fast‑growing international business where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive commercial growth across the US market.

You’ll be responsible for developing new client relationships, identifying project opportunities, securing new business and building long‑term strategic partnerships across the energy sector.

This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the continued growth of our North American operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Driving new business development across the energy sector
  • Building and developing long‑term client relationships
  • Identifying and qualifying project opportunities within existing and prospective clients
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract award
  • Securing new client contracts and master service agreements
  • Working closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver workforce solutions
  • Growing existing client accounts and identifying additional opportunities
  • Networking extensively across operators, EPCs, contractors and key industry stakeholders
  • Representing Applica at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with in the energy sector
  • Previous experience within business development, client development, account management or sales
  • Experience with in recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions or a related commercial environment
  • Strong relationship‑building and networking skills
  • Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
  • Commercially driven, self‑motivated and target‑oriented
