Job Title: Sourcing Consultant 3

Location: Minneapolis MN 55415

Duration: 12+ months (Possibility of extension)

Pay range: $40- $53

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Sourcing and contribute to large‑scale planning related to Sourcing deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Sourcing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors; contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Sourcing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Client personnel in Sourcing.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  4+ years of Sourcing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• A Sourcing Consultant 3 is a procurement and vendor management professional who helps the company purchase products and services from external suppliers.
• The role focuses on finding vendors, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, controlling costs, and ensuring purchases comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Managing the sourcing and procurement process for goods and services.
• Identifying and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers.
• Conducting competitive bidding processes (RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs).
• Negotiating pricing, terms, service levels, and contract provisions.
• Reviewing and drafting contracts in partnership with legal and business stakeholders.
• Performing financial analysis to evaluate vendor proposals and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Building relationships with internal business partners and external suppliers.
• Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
