Position Overview
Join Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, as a Logistics Coordinator II. You will assist the Operations Manager with daily activities in the equipment transportation process, compile and analyze customer data, coordinate deliveries, and issue purchase orders for maintenance.
Location:
Remote, United States
- Act as liaison between logistics and order fulfillment.
- Schedule and dispatch equipment for jobs in coordination with Operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the appropriate resources.
- Maintain professional and courteous customer contact.
- Maintain existing rental contract base by ensuring on‑time renewal of assigned contracts, including escalation and upgrade of contracts.
- Obtain credit or legal approvals as necessary.
- Keep trailer fleet up‑to‑date with DOT licensing.
- Coordinate job start‑ups and maintain communication with customers regarding scheduling for the start‑up and follow‑up on jobs in progress or completed.
- Invoice and bill customers.
- Maintain GPS units and monitoring to ensure functionality.
- Coordinate warranty administration process.
- Maintain OSHA logs.
- Maintain customer information and sales tracking in Oracle and other systems (e.g., Salesforce). This includes work orders, new customer information, and freight costs for billing purposes.
- Ensure timely close‑out on all work orders and that all associated paperwork (P.O., etc.) is received and filed with the proper job.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in logistics.
- Experience with Salesforce or any GPS related software.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $31.73 to $52.29 an hour in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
