Manager, Change Management – TMO

As a Manager of Change Management – TMO at Solventum, you will spearhead end‑to‑end change management for transformation initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, readiness, and sustainment outcomes across the organization.

• Lead end‑to‑end change management for transformation initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, readiness, and sustainment outcomes.
• Translate enterprise change strategy into actionable, people‑focused plans aligned to program objectives.
• Partner with program teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders to guide teams through change and drive business readiness.
• Assess change impacts, risks, and organizational readiness; execute mitigation strategies based on data and feedback.
• Design and deliver communication and engagement strategies that clearly articulate employee impact and enable leader effectiveness.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4–6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience supporting change initiatives in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into practical employee impacts and actions.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change effectiveness tracking.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:

• Prosci certification or equivalent change management methodology experience.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
• Proven experience working across large‑scale transformation programs.

Remote – United States. Travel may include up to 10% (domestic/international). Relocation assistance is not available.

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
