Job SummaryAs a Manager of Change Management – TMO at Solventum, you will spearhead end‑to‑end change management for transformation initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, readiness, and sustainment outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end change management for transformation initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, readiness, and sustainment outcomes.
- Translate enterprise change strategy into actionable, people‑focused plans aligned to program objectives.
- Partner with program teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders to guide teams through change and drive business readiness.
- Assess change impacts, risks, and organizational readiness; execute mitigation strategies based on data and feedback.
- Design and deliver communication and engagement strategies that clearly articulate employee impact and enable leader effectiveness.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 4–6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience supporting change initiatives in complex, cross‑functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into practical employee impacts and actions.
- Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change effectiveness tracking.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:
- Prosci certification or equivalent change management methodology experience.
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
- Proven experience working across large‑scale transformation programs.
Remote – United States. Travel may include up to 10% (domestic/international). Relocation assistance is not available.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Compensation & BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
