Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this on-campus, two-person role, couples live in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially in a structured, family-like environment.
Initially, houseparents support various homes on a nine-on / three-off schedule, with progression to a placed role.
