Construction Project Manager; Transmission & Distribution

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support in managing complex Transmission & Distribution (T&D) construction projects from pre‑construction through project completion and closeout.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong EPC/construction management experience who thrive in fast-paced, high‑visibility utility or infrastructure environments.

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across one or multiple projects
• Oversee safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and project execution
• Lead subcontractor/vendor coordination, contract administration, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Support project planning, estimating, staffing, procurement, commissioning, and closeout activities
• Collaborate with engineering, field teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
• Review project financials, schedules, forecasts, and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and company policies
• Mentor project teams, field staff, and junior construction personnel

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of project management experience within the construction industry
• Experience supporting EPC, utility, energy, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects preferred
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, contract management, and construction operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
