Willdan Group, Inc. invites qualified Construction Manager candidates to oversee multiple energy retrofit projects across the U.S., including substations, microgrids, and BESS deployments.
This full-time role requires a 3 weeks on/1 week at home travel schedule and a strong field operations background with 5–7 years of experience. You will coordinate schedules, submittals, and subcontractors, lead meetings, ensure QA/QC and safety, and maintain project documentation.
