Overview
To provide exceptional customer service to patrons visiting the Bloomington Family Aquatic Center. This position will begin training in late May with the Aquatics season running from June 6 - August 23.

- Greet patrons in a warm and friendly manner while maintaining orderly entrance lines
- Answer questions of patrons and defer these questions to the Lead/Assist Coordinator on duty when appropriate
- Collect daily admission and season pass forms, knowledge of the prices and cash handling procedures
- Provide concessions service and preparing food
- Light cleaning duties, such as cleaning windows, mopping and checking locker rooms at least twice daily
- Collect lost and found items
- Thanking patrons and wishing them good day when they leave the facility
- Other duties as assigned
- Commitment Bonus – A seasonal employee who works until at least August 23rd will receive $100 bonus on their final paycheck.
- Referral Bonus – A seasonal employee who refers a new seasonal employee will receive $100 bonus on their final paycheck. Referral paperwork required within one week of employees start date and both employees must be employed for the entirety of the scheduled season to be eligible.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Experience in cashiering
- Experience in food preparation
