Role DescriptionThis is an in-office Full Time position for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing responsive and courteous customer support, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing communications via phone, email, and other channels, resolving customer issues, and contributing to positive customer experiences. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills will be critical in this role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are an advantage
