Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
Responsibilities
- Grow and retain customers and employees – follow processes and training while being authentic to delight customers and employees.
- Communicate with customers and employees in a friendly, positive, professional manner – act as a brand ambassador in the field, train cleaning staff on processes and quality.
- Perform quality checks – coach staff on quality feedback from customer communications and home visits; celebrate good work and provide improvement guidance.
- Build culture and team – interview, hire, and train individuals that embody team energy and culture.
- Kick off our day – connect with teams to set up for a successful day and manage performance.
- Jump in – respond to customer calls, complaints, and support teams as needed.
Full‑time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays.
Earn $500–$800.00 per week, paid weekly. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for additional incentives.
Starting pay $13 per hour, dependent on experience and mastery of processes.
Earn paid time off after one year, up to 15 days per year.
Paid training, ongoing training, fun culture, and a company car during work hours (gas and insurance included).
QualificationsPrior customer service, training, or cleaning experience or equivalent, with ability to learn quickly.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Prior cleaning and supervisory experience or equivalent.
Completed background check.
Valid driver's license.
Available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.
