Our highly trained and experienced staff operate a fleet of well-equipped service trucks and 24/7 emergency bypass pumping equipment.

We offer services including annual inspections, on-site repairs, lift station renovations, OEM parts supply, and more. At Tri-State Pump & Control, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and reliable solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Clearwater, MN. The role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, managing service requests, coordinating dispatch for repair and maintenance teams, and fostering a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem‑solving. Candidates will play a vital role in supporting our mission of delivering top‑quality pump and pumping system services.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service, providing responsive and efficient support to clients.
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and resolving client inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
  • A commitment to upholding Customer Satisfaction and delivering positive Customer Experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and database systems for maintaining customer records.
  • Problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • A team‑oriented attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in technical or field-based customer service is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
