RV Mechanical Claims Adjustor

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls from members to provide technical assistance for issues related to the use of the members recreational vehicle.
• Thoroughly investigate claims and verify eligibility.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and seek to enhance organizational skills.
• Manage a high call volume with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Successfully work independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Skillfully adapt and use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

• Minimum 1‑2 years claim handling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years claim handling experience (Preferred).
• Bilingual (Preferred).

$20.00 - $30.00 hourly
