Virtual Block Specialist I, part‑time, 9‑12 hours per week (Tue‑Thu). Compensation: hourly base pay $16.63 – $24.90, possible commission or incentive. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

• Use the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, and process all sold units.
• Verify and enter vehicle lights, ensuring accurate system information.
• Confirm vehicle run order so the correct vehicle is keyed and sold.
• Operate the monitor remotely, review Simulcast bids with auctioneer, and provide arbitration and vehicle announcements.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding late titles; use Salesforce for title‑absent support.
• Serve as part of the client services contact center to respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Less than 2 years of experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain focused and composed during fast‑paced sale‑day activities.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear; lift 1‑10lbs.
• Vision: close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions.
