I opened my agency in 2016 and have grown it into a strong team of 26 members. Before becoming an agent, I owned a mini-golf business and worked with Wells Fargo, which shaped the leadership and service mindset we bring into our agency.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce our agency’s growth. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
