About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and online channels
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments accurately
- Help maintain a full and efficient schedule by managing appointment availability
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when needed
Enter and update customer information with high attention to detail - Manage a steady stream of tasks while staying organized and on track
