Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support

LocationEden Prairie, MN
What You'll Do- Track and manage shipments from start to finish
- Communicate with customers and carriers via email and phone
- Update orders, assign loads, and ensure accurate system data
- Work from task queues and inboxes in a high-volume environment
- Follow established processes to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Training (5 weeks onsite): Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- After training: 3rd shift schedule (11:30 PM – 8:00 AM), including weekends
- Pay: $21.50/hr
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable working overnight and weekends
Nice to Have:
- Experience in logistics, call center, retail, hospitality, or scheduling roles
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Contract-to-hire with long-term potential
