Part-Time Student Teller

Communicate with customers and teammates honestly, effectively, and directly, while providing a great experience. Holds a high level of standard for greeting customers and answering phone calls.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers while providing WOW experience customer service.
• Deliver an exceptional first impression by answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism.
• Greet every customer with a genuine and enthusiastic tone.
• Perform Teller functions to include deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling in a timely, accurate and courteous manner.
• Detail oriented:
  Meticulous in understanding the problem to be solved and executing tasks.
• Establish solid relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Other duties assigned.

Bank hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm/6:00pm on Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Work hours will be scheduled within these hours, subject to change at any time.

High level of technology skills to include word processing/spreadsheets/email & document scanning/attachments.

Strategic thinker with the ability to organize and manage details.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in the banking industry preferred, but not required.
