We are seeking a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. Job Summary- Assist internal employees/customers with questions via phone call, email, or iChat
- Triage calls from customers and multiple internal departments and determine best course of action for next steps
- Research and resolve issues and follow up with solutions or recommendations
- Ensure prompt and professional responses and communication
- Assist departments with basic technical and non-technical support issues
- Excellent documentation and communication skills required
- Assist with processing orders for customers and upselling or recommending products if appropriate
- Exceptional written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and technically proficient
- Thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Customer solution focused
- Forward thinking and excellent problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
