WhatWill You Do?
As a Channel Support Representative, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that works behind the scenes to make customer service smoother, faster, and more consistent. You’ll gain hands‑on business experience, learn how to improve processes that matter, and build professional skills that employers value.
Responsibilities- Help review, update, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that guide how our teams support both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with different departments to document workflows and processes that improve communication and customer satisfaction.
- Spot opportunities for process improvements and share your ideas to enhance both efficiency and the customer experience.
- Provide general support to the office team, gaining exposure to real‑world customer service operations.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Summer Hours – Based on location, enjoy a flexible schedule during the summer. By working a little more during the first few days of the week, TTC employees at certain locations are able to start their weekends early and leave by noon on Friday.
- Competitive Pay – anticipated pay range $22.00 – $33.00 per hour.
