Park Nicollet, part of Health Partners, is seeking a Service Center Representative to join our Women’s Services team. You’ll handle a high volume of calls—scheduling, messaging, and preparing patients for the next step with the care team—while following defined scripts to ensure timely, accurate service.
This role supports 25 clinics with over 400 clinicians, emphasizes patient confidentiality and outstanding customer service, and offers a 8:30 am–5:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday.
